簽證申請者須知
VISA APPLICATIONS FROM SICHUAN, GUIZHOU, CHONGQING AND YUNNAN RESIDENTS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED. APPLICATIONS FROM OTHER PROVINCES SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED BY CONSULATE GENERAL OFPAKISTANCHENGDU.
僅受理四川、貴州、重慶、雲南居民簽證申請。其他省區簽證申請不由巴基斯坦駐成都總領事館受理。

2.Copy of Chinese residence card.
身份證影印件
3.Original passport and passport copy.
護照原件和影印件
4.Two latest photographs of the visa applicant.
兩張最新的簽證照
5.Letter from tourist agency / hotel confirming travel and stay arrangement inPakistan.
旅行社/酒店所出具的旅遊確認函和在巴基斯坦的行程安排
6.Document indicating financial position of the applicant (current bank statement).
申請者的資信證明（目前的銀行存款證明，無限定額度）
7.Letter in English from the Chinese company to which the applicant belongs, elaborating reason for visit and requesting issuance of business visa on their letterhead clearly mentioning signatory’s name, position, company’s stamp, telephone, fax number and address. The letter shall also include applicant’s name, position and passport number.
簽證申請者所屬中國公司用公司正式擡頭信籤紙出具的英文信函，清楚寫明訪問原因和提出簽證申請，清楚寫明中方公司電話、傳真、地址、負責人姓名、職位，，申請人的姓名、職位、護照號，加蓋公章
8.In case of self-employed applicant, request on letterhead of the applicant’s company for issuance of tourist visa.
如自主經營者，用所經營公司的信籤紙出具旅遊簽證申請
9.Return air ticket or evidence for adequate arrangement for traveling by road.
返程機票或陸路旅行安排的證明
