好男兒這幾天身體不好，拉肚子了，還吐了一次。孩子一生病，就會急死大人。爺爺奶奶，外公外婆都會擔心Vincent。做了父母就再也不能解脫了，孩子永遠和自己綁在了一起，你會和他一起快樂，一起難過。上帝是公平的，他賜給你一個孩子，讓他給家庭帶來快樂的同時有時也讓你們經歷點痛苦，讓你牽掛他一輩子。只有這個時候才會體會做父母的不容易。
昨天好男兒幼兒園裡回來，晚上胃口還是不怎麼好，看來飯是不怎麼想吃了，吃了也不消化。剛好我買了麵條機，還沒有試過。我下班前到超市還專門去買了蕎麥粉，所以我就用高筋麵粉加了點蕎麥粉又加了兩個雞蛋隨便一揉，放入自動的麵條機裡，太神奇了啊，麵條出來了，而且煮出來的麵條特別筋斗，我只放了鹽，沒有別的什麼新增劑啊，拳頭大小的麵糰力我放了兩個雞蛋，自己做捨得下料，下次我就給大家展示我做的麵條啊，菠菜麵條，紫薯麵條，胡蘿蔔麵條，只要你想得到我都會做啊哈哈！
今天給大家推薦一道海鮮咖哩飯。夏天吃特別開胃。關鍵是葷素搭配，營養也超好，等我家好男兒身體好了，再做給他吃，他念念不忘的就是這碗海鮮咖哩飯啊！
原料：鮮蝦 乾貝 花椰菜 米飯
調料：生薑 料酒 生粉 黑胡椒粉
咖哩塊（或者咖哩粉） 鹽 雞精
做法：1.買來的鮮蝦再清洗一下。
2.在鍋中加水，放入生薑片，加入料酒。
3.大火煮開後再煮2分鐘。
4.加入鮮蝦，變成紅色後再煮半分鐘就可以了。
5.鮮蝦從鍋中取出後放涼。
6.剝出蝦仁，同時取出蝦仁背上的泥腸。
7.乾貝準備好。
8.加入料酒和水隔夜浸泡好。
9.加入黑胡椒粉。
10.再加入生粉攪拌均勻後醃製30分鐘。
11.把花椰菜清洗乾淨後掰成一小塊。
12.熱鍋後加油，先放入乾貝煸炒一下後拿出備用。
13.鍋中加水燒開，加入一小塊咖哩（放咖哩粉也一樣）。
14.待咖哩塊充分溶解後加入剛才煸炒過的乾貝。
15.放入花椰菜。
16.加入剝好的蝦仁。
17.加適量鹽。如果你水放的不多，只做一人份的，那麼根本用不著加鹽，但是放
咖哩粉的還是要加鹽的。還有，放咖哩粉的不要忘了勾芡那麼湯汁才厚實哦。
18.再加一點雞精這個澆汁的料就做好了。
在碗中一邊把飯盛好，一邊就放上面的咖哩海鮮料，吃的時候攪拌一下，很美味吧！
我在飯上撒的是薄荷葉，吃起來辛香可口的同時還帶著一股清涼的味道，這個創意怎麼樣，很不錯吧！
家裡的月季花開了很多，謝了也很可惜，乾脆採幾朵給海鮮飯點綴一下吧！
