　　I am studying in a middle school now, this is my second year. Studying in the middle school, I have many subjects to learn, I always want to do the best, so I focus all my attention on the study. My teacher tells me that I should not only focus on study, I should go out and take some activities. I refuse to do what she says, then I get sick easily and I can’t focus attention. So I learn to do some activities, I play basketball, I find myself really enjoy outside activities, what’s more, I keep my body well. The study task is not only to learn knowledge from books, but also take exercise.我現在在一所初中上學，這是我的第二年。在初中的學習，我有很多科目要去學，我總是想要做得最好，所以我集中精力在學習上。我的老師告訴我我不應該把精力全部放在學習上，我應該走出去做些活動。我沒有按照她說的去做，然後我很容易生病，無法集中精力。所以我學著去參加一些活動，我打籃球，我發現自己很喜歡課外活動，而且，我的身體也很好。學習的任務不僅僅是學到課本上的知識，也有參加活動部分。

　　I like dreaming. Sometimes I will think if I were a bird, it would be so good. If I were a bird, I won’t need to go to school and have class everyday. And I also do not need to do so much homework. If I were a bird, I can fly freely. I can go wherever I want. I can fly to New York to visit my pen friend. If I were a bird, I can sleep on the tree. I can breathe the fresh air every day I wake up. How wonderful it would be to a bird.

　　Now I am a middle school student, I will enter high school soon. Everybody thinks that the age of mine is the best age, because we are young and full of vitality. But I want to grow up quickly. 　　It has been raining for almost a week, I have stayed at home since then, I feel so bored. Today, early in the morning, the weather seemed good, because the sun was going to come out, so I decided to go out to play with my friends. We went to the park and played happily. Suddenly, it rained again, we had to run away to find a place to take a break. We ran into a coffee house, we sat in a table, drinking the coffee and taking about many things. We shared our happiness and sorrow. 　　Today is Saturday, I don’t need to go to school, so I decided to take some morning exercises. Early in the morning, I went out of the house and looked around, the city was so quiet. With few cars, the air was fresh, I felt so comfortable. Besides the people who took the morning exercise, I found some people who worn the orange uniform, they were working. This was the first time for me to see the cleaners work in the morning, they were easily neglected, because they worked so early and when the time for people to go to work, cleaners rested. Watching these cleaners working, I feel so thankful for them, they were doing the greatest job. People praised them as the city’s dressers, they kept the city clean all the time and brought comfort to people. They are the respectable people, we should applause for them.

　　今天是星期六，我不用上課，因此我決定晨運。一大早，我就出門，環顧四周，這個城市是如此的安靜。沒有過多的車，空氣很清新，我覺得很舒服。除了晨運的人，我發現了一些穿著橙色工作服的人，他們在工作。這是我第一次在早上看到清潔工在工作，他們很容易為人所忽略，因為他們一大早就工作，在人們上班的時候，他們休息了。看著清潔工們在工作，我心裡對他們充滿感激，他們做著偉大的工作。人們讚揚他們是城市的化妝師，保持著城市的乾淨，給人們帶來愜意。他們是可敬的人，我們應該為他們鼓掌。
