　　上文中的judicial sale就是“司法拍賣”，也可用judicial/court auction來表示，指人民法院將查封、扣押、凍結的被執行人財產***sealed, seized and frozen assets of the defendant***，在被執行人逾期不履行義務時，依法以公開競價的方式賣與出價最高的競買人，並用所得金額清償債務的執行行為，是人民法院執行中的一種強制處分措施。
