　　工作人員: The time of departure will be announced as soon as possible.

　　蘇珊: I can`find my baggage. Could you please check it urgently?Here is my claim tag.

　　工作人員: How many pieces of baggage have you lost? Can you describe your baggage?

　　你總共遺失了幾件行李? 請描述你的行李.

　　蘇珊: I lost two suitcases. One is a large dark blue leather suitcase with my name tag. Another one is a medium grey leather suitcase, both with my name tag on the top. Also, I have lost a light brown small ovemight bag.

　　我丟了兩個旅行箱.一個上面繫有我名牌的大型皮製黑藍色行李箱.一箇中型的灰色皮箱.還有一個茶色小旅行袋.上面都有我的姓名標籤的.

　　工作人員: Please wait for a moment while we are investigating.

　　我們正在調查.請稍等一下.

　　工作人員: All right.

　　沒找到對不起.請和我到辦公室.

　　蘇珊: Will you please fill in the `lost baggage form"? We will inform you as soon as possible when we find the luggage.

　　請你填下"行李遺失登記表".我們一旦找到行李馬上通知你.

　　工作人員: How soon will you find out?

　　多快可找到?

　　蘇珊: We may have to check the baggage rack again, inquire related staff and make a lost baggage report later. I can not promise you anything right away.

　　工作人員: I feel sorry to hear that. Or maybe some one just picked up the wrong case.

　　我很抱歉聽你這麼說.會不會是有人拿錯了?

　　蘇珊: It is impossible! I can`t believe it.

　　不可能.我不信.

　　工作人員: Will you please leave your name and your address here, we will try to find the suitcase for you.

　　蘇珊: How long does it take?

　　需要多久?

　　工作人員: Sorry, I have no idea. Will you please wait here for a while? We are going to extend your ticket to the next train, then you may have enough time to find your luggage.
