　　Hey, you've got a down coat on too?

　　嘿，你也穿羽絨服了啊。

　　May：

　　Yes. It's very cold today. Even the road is frozen.

　　是啊，今天太冷了，路面都結冰了。

　　Edward：

　　Why it is so cold today?

　　今天怎麼這麼冷啊?

　　May：

　　Today is Midwinter Day.

　　好像是冬至。

　　Edward：

　　Really? Don't people eat dumplings on Midwinter?

　　是嗎?冬至不是要吃餃子嗎?

　　May：

　　You're right. Let's go to eat dumplings.

　　是啊，咱們一塊去吃吧。

　　Did the heating come on yet?

　　來暖氣了沒有?

　　May：

　　Yup. This morning the pipes started to get warm.

　　來了，早上我家暖氣就熱了。

　　Edward：

　　Really? So did mine.

　　是嗎?那我家肯定也來了。

　　May：

　　You know, the heating came just in time. It would be too cold otherwise.

　　還好來暖氣，不然這兩天要凍死了。

　　You're right.

　　這個地方什麼都好,只是……

　　May：

　　Except what?

　　Edward：

　　The hot weather. I sweat a lot almost every day.

　　天氣太熱唄。我差不多每天都出很多汗。

　　Exactly. My T-shirt is always wet.

　　沒錯，我的T恤衫總是溼的。

　　Now I know what the summer here is like.
