　　1.聽說。聽是輸入，說是輸出，所以聽力是口語的前提。你可以常上英語學習網站，比如普特***putclub***、滬江英語***hjenglish***上面有很多聽力材料，有不同的難度梯度。如果你本身英語還不錯的話，可以從上面多找一些VOA、BBC和CNN的新聞和報道***有音訊有視訊***，然後做精聽練習。先聽一兩遍，搞明白main idea，然後再以句子意群為單位，精確地repeat其中的每句話***重複的時候注意模仿原音中的發音、語調、停頓等***。這樣的訓練可以很實在的提高你的英語聽力實力。經過一段時間***一個月、一學期...***的密集訓練，你就會發現聽英語的時候不再是“朦朦朧朧”的，而是很清楚的知道老外在講什麼。

　　首先，我們首先定第一個目標。既不是突擊單詞，也不是突擊閱讀，而是儘量在規定的2小時20分鐘內完成。怎麼完成?那就是研究題型。市面上有很多四級真題和預測題，大家可以買一套來做做。研究題型非常重要，因為知己知彼，百戰不殆，你如果連對方都不瞭解，怎麼去戰勝他?買回試題後，爭取每天做一套完整的，包括聽力***作文除外***，給自己規定時間，作文三十分鐘除外，拿個秒錶開始做題，中途碰到不認識的單詞，不要中斷，不要對答案，繼續往下做，直至做完。然後再去對答案，根據自己的習慣，把自己做錯的標記一下，平時有時間就把做過的卷子拿出來溫習。本文來源:考試大網

　　第二，單詞和寫作。其實我說單詞並不是要大家去拿本四級的單詞書正天背來背去，背到天昏地暗，這樣你就能過四級了，這種想法是錯誤的。我個人認為，掌握了三級詞彙，基本上就夠用了，因為詞彙這種東西，並不是三天兩頭就能突擊的，所以單詞全靠平時的累積。

　　第三，聽力。因為四級聽力實際上是不難的，無非就是語速快，讓人反映不過來，而且最要命的是還加了填空，不但有單詞填空還有句子填空，分數比例是比較大的。其實聽力我沒什麼說的，除了每天聽一套預測聽力題目外，我沒別的技巧，完全是靠多做題多練習。

　　第四，閱讀。最關鍵的題型，新四級閱讀題型分兩類，第一類是快速閱讀，第二類是精讀。快速閱讀篇幅大，字數大約在1000字左右，但句子不難理解，詞彙也不是很難，如果兩月內基本上能兩天做一套題目的話，拿下快速閱讀是很容易的。這裡我向大家透露個技巧，快速閱讀頭七個題目是對錯題，後三個是根據內容填空。對錯題也就是給出“T。F。NG”也就是“對，錯，沒提到”這三種，我做題發現，基本上“F”佔多數，所以我在考試時為了節約時間，看都沒看就填了5個“F”，然後馬上根據給出的填空題去找需要填的單詞，三個都找到後，最後根據讀的內容找了一個有把握的填了“T”，結果判斷題對了四個，單詞全對，但我不推薦大家選用我這種方法，我提出來盡供參考。然後精讀分兩種，一種是句子填空，一種是選詞填空，技巧沒有，練習練習再練習，適應這兩種題型，這樣閱讀基本可以解決。

　　最後一部分就是綜合題了，包括完形填空和翻譯。翻譯都是給出個句子，裡面給出個空，後面有中文，要你根據中文結合這句話把句子翻譯完整。這兩個就是平時的練習了，也沒有技巧。

　　Compared with the forty year old shabby dormitory I am living in now, the one I lived in for three years in high school was heaven: three students shared one brand new suite with air conditioners and a bathroom.
