  One thing all the sports have in common is they all promote team spirit. Players become sole mates with each other as they work as teams. Sport is also a way of releasing.

  Releasing energy and all the bad stuff in your body and mind can make you feel better.

  Sport doesn't mean restless exercise. It's just another way to build up your body and have a healthy life.
