　　There is no doubt that obesity has become a disturbing problem which is considered as harmful to our health. However, when it comes to the ways to fight against obesity, different people have different views. Some people think we could eat less so that we will absorb less, while the rest of them argue that we could do more exercise as well as eating healthily. Personally, I agree with the later one.

　　毫無疑問，肥胖已經成為一個危害健康的令人煩惱的問題了。然而，每當說到減肥這個問題。不同的人有不同的觀點。有些人認為我們可以少吃，這樣就能少吸收一些，有些人爭論說我們可以吃健康的食品，但做更多的運動。就我個人而言，我同意後面的觀點。

　　The reasons can be listed as follows. Firstly, obesity comes form our unhealthy eating habit like eat too much high-energy food, which leads to the accumulation of fat in our body. So, the first step to lose weight is to keep a good habit of eating healthily, and learn to control your mouth, keep yourself away from the high-energy food. Secondly, with most of us engaging in stationary work, we are deprived of the chances to exercise, which also contributes a lot of overweight. We could get up half an hour early in the morning, and do some exercise, and also do some simple sport during the break time in the workplace.

　　理由有以下這些。.第一，肥胖是因為我們不健康的飲食習慣，像吃太多的高熱量食物，這會讓身體堆積很多脂肪。所以，減肥的第一步，就是要養成健康的飲食習慣，然後學著去管住自己的嘴巴，讓自己遠離那些高熱量的食物。第二，我們很多人的工作都是坐在固定的一個地方，沒有多少機會去運動，這也會讓我們超重。我們可以早上起早半個小時，做一些運動，還有在工作的地方，休息時間做一些簡單的小運動。

　　In a word, a good habit is necessary if we want to have a good figure. I believe that after forming a good eating habit and exercising regularly, we can reach our goal of losing weight with our perseverance. Only when we keep on doing healthy diet and exercising, can we keep a good figure and keep fit.

　　According to my memory, my high school life was full of happiness and fortune because of my lovely friend and teacher. They are sunshine in my high school life.

　　I met my best friend in senior one. She is a girl with long legs, white skin, and small face. What makes me a deep impression is her wide shoulder, wider than other girls who have the same height as her. She was kind, treating me just like I was her sister. I didn’t live in school dormitory, but she did. So, I slept with her at noon. Sometimes we argued, but we both checked our mistakes and recovered our relationship soon. When we were senior two, I moved in school dormitory, I didn’t feel comfortable in there very fast. She took care of me and made me feel warm. In my opinion, she is more than a friend, like a family.

I appreciate people with a strong heart, maybe the reason is that I want to be the kind of person who is always optimistic and can’t be defeated easily. She expresses that.

　　With the development of informatization, people have more and more chances to choose the commodities they like. But the more goods exist, the more confusion people feel in choosing one. Therefore, advertisement stands out to take the responsibility for people to choose the products they prefer. But advertising has advantages and disadvantages. Some people are in favor of it, while some are on the contrary. As for me, I’m in the neutral place.

　　隨著資訊化的發展，人們有更多的機會選擇自己喜歡的商品。但是商品越多，人們在選擇的時候就越困惑。因此，廣告站出來幫助人們選擇他們喜歡的產品。但是廣告既有優點也有缺點。有些人贊成，而有些人則相反。至於我，我在中立的立場。

　　On the one hand, advertisements help people have a better understanding about products. Advertisements always tell people the advantages and functions of the products. People can buy the things they want by reading advertisements. By the way, advertisements are free for consumers. Moreover, advertising is much more interesting than the instructions on the packaging box, because advertisements contain various factors, such as pictures, videos, voice plots and so on. Don’t you think it is a good way for choosing a product?

　　一方面，廣告有助於人們更好地瞭解產品。廣告總是告訴人們產品的優勢和功能作用。通過閱讀廣告人們可以買到他們想要的東西。順便說一下，廣告對消費者是免費的。而且，廣告也比包裝盒上的說明書要有趣得多，因為廣告包含各種元素，如圖片，視訊，情節等。難道你不覺得這是選擇產品的一種好方法嗎?

　　On the other hand, sometimes advertisements are tempting and deceptive. In order to attract the target customers, the advertiser will fill the content of decorating expressions, regardless of the filthy measures they have taken or the severe damages they may bring about. The advertisements always exaggerate the advantages and functions of the products. As a result, they mislead consumers to buy things that are not deserved.

　　另一方面，有時候廣告是具有誘惑性和欺騙性的。為了吸引目標客戶，一些廣告商為了滿足修飾產品的作用，而忽視他們使用的一些骯髒措施，或者他們所帶來的嚴重損害。廣告經常誇大產品的優勢和功能作用。結果，他們誤導了消費者購買不值得的東西。

　　To sum up, advertisements have the good side and the opposite side. If we just take them as a reference, it will be good. But if we depend on them to buy things, we may suffer losses in the end.
