七夕節（Double Seventh Festival），又稱七巧節、七姐節、女兒節、乞巧節等）是中國民間的傳統節日，由星宿崇拜衍化而來，為傳統意義上的七姐誕，因拜祭“七姐”活動在七月七晩上舉行，故名“七夕”。2006年，被列入第一批國家級非物質文化遺產名錄。 節日起始於上古，普及於西漢，鼎盛於宋代，被賦予了“牛郎織女”的美麗愛情傳說，使其成為了象徵愛情的節日，從而被認為是中國最具浪漫色彩的傳統節日，有拜月祈福、拜織女、吃巧果、乞求姻緣等習俗。
