金茂大廈（Jin Mao Tower），又稱金茂大樓，位於上海浦東新區黃浦江畔的陸家嘴金融貿易區，樓高420.5米，是上海第2高的摩天大樓（截至2008年8月）、中國大陸第3高樓。 金茂大廈主體建築地上88層，地下3層，高420.5米，佔地面積23611平方米，總建築面積約29萬平方米，是一棟兼具辦工、賓館 、餐飲、觀光等多功能的超高層綜合體。第3至50層是一個可容納上萬人同時使用的辦公區；第53至87層是擁有五百餘間客房的超五星級金茂君悅大酒店；其中第56層至87層的擁有一個直徑27米、高約142米的超高中庭；第88層為可容納千餘人的觀光層。
