怎麼做雞湯?
主料:大雞腿或者雞架,大雞腿最好
輔料:蔥,姜,蒜,當歸,鹽
最好用沙鍋來燉湯
雞腿剁塊,記住,要是剛從冰箱裡拿出來的要先解凍,解凍的時候用冷水解凍,要不然影響雞肉的鮮嫩,這是祕訣哦!
蔥洗乾淨後切段,薑切片,蒜也切片,當歸切段
把沙鍋裡放三分之二的水,以具體人數看水的多少,切記,水要一次加好,以後不能加水!
水燒開以後,放雞塊,然後就放鹽,要不然雞肉不能入味
水再開以後,放蔥姜和蒜,還有當歸
大火十分鐘左右,有沫浮上來,記得一定要把沫打掉!
十分鐘以後用中火開始燉,切記,不要再放其他的調料,不然影響雞湯的鮮味!
再燉二十分鐘左右就可以上桌了,關火以後要蓋上蓋子悶五分鐘左右,然後在撒上少許香油,一鍋新鮮味美的雞湯就做好了!
注意:有的人不喜歡吃當歸,吃不習慣那個味,不過我比較鍾愛,那也可以不放,不影響雞湯的味道,你還可以加入香菇,也很不錯哦,我建議不要加香菜之類的東西,影響湯的鮮味,不是第一次做出來的湯就很鮮,因為你可能掌握不了水的多少,鹽的輕重,所以可能你第一次做的雞肉不夠鮮嫩,雞湯不夠鮮味,可是要多練習哦,而且一定要記住我說的幾個要點!
這個湯特點是清淡,雞肉鮮嫩,保持了雞湯的原味,而且大補哦!
