《一天》（One Day）是由羅勒·莎菲執導，大衛·尼克爾斯擔任編劇，安妮·海瑟薇、吉姆·斯特吉斯、湯姆·米森等主演的愛情電影，於2011年8月19日在美國上映，同年8月26日在中國臺灣上映。 該片改編自大衛·尼克爾斯的同名小說，講述了剛剛從學校畢業的德克斯特（吉姆·斯特吉斯 飾）和艾瑪（安妮·海瑟薇 飾）初次相識，為了一個約定，在接下來的20年裡，他們每一年的這一天都會見面的故事。
