紅酒（Red Wine），是發酵的果酒，葡萄酒的一種。口味較白酒濃郁，多含單寧而帶澀味，通常不甜。紅酒能直接對周圍神經系統發生作用，提高肌肉的緊張度，能夠刺激胃酸分泌胃液，幫助消化，延緩衰老，益壽延年，具有促進血液迴圈抗氧化的作用。 紅酒做法為將葡萄的果皮、果肉、種子等與果汁一直髮酵，且培養一年以上。 紅酒的儲存期可達數十年。
