抓，“爪”意為“手指屈曲用力穩住活動物體”。造字本義：用手拿穩物體，以防滑落。

抓

抓，中國武術器械。又稱撾，在民間流傳較廣。抓頭形似爪，縛以長繩或木柄。抓分長械及軟械兩種。長械有“金龍抓”，杆長約2米，杆端有抓形如人手，中指伸直，四指屈撓。軟械叫雙飛撾，系暗器的一種，用金屬打造，像鷹爪，縛以長繩，用於擊人馬，脫手擲去，著身後收回，使其不能脫走。近代這一器械演練者已少。
