嗩吶（英文：suona horn，義大利語：suona）又名喇叭、鼓吹，中國傳統雙簧木管樂器，但不是誕生於中國。早在公元3世紀，嗩吶隨絲綢之路的開闢，從東歐、西亞一帶傳入中國，是世界雙簧管樂器家族中的一員，經過幾千年的發展，使嗩吶擁有其獨特的氣質與音色，已是中國具有代表性的民族管樂器。 嗩吶的音色雄壯，管身多由花梨木、檀木製成，呈圓錐形，頂端裝有蘆葦製成的雙簧片透過銅質或銀質的芯子與木管身連線，下端套著一個銅製的碗，加鍵嗩吶還有半音鍵和高音鍵，拓展了音域增加了樂器表現力。在中國臺灣民間稱為鼓吹；在南方是“八音”樂器中的一種，在河南，山東稱作喇叭，傳統嗩吶有百鳥朝鳳、豫西二八板等經典曲目。 嗩吶是純律樂器。高音嗩吶發音穿透力、感染力強，過去多在民間的鼓樂班和地方曲藝、戲曲的伴奏中應用。經過不斷改良，已發展為傳統嗩吶與加鍵嗩吶，豐富了演奏技巧，提高了表現力，已成為一件具有特色的獨奏樂器，中、低、倍低音嗩吶音色渾厚，多用於民族管弦樂團以及交響樂團合奏。
