菠蘿

菠蘿（學名：Ananas comosus），是熱帶水果之一。福建和臺灣地區稱之為旺梨或者旺來（ông-lâi），新馬一帶稱為黃梨，大陸及香港稱作菠蘿。有70多個品種，嶺南四大名果之一。 菠蘿原產於南美洲巴西、巴拉圭的亞馬遜河流域一帶，16世紀從巴西傳入中國。 已經流傳到整個熱帶地區。其可食部分主要由肉質增大之花序軸、螺旋狀排列於外周的花組成，花通常不結實，宿存的花被裂片圍成一空腔，腔內藏有萎縮的雄蕊和花柱。葉的纖維甚堅韌，可供織物、制繩、結網和造紙。 鳳梨與菠蘿在生物學上是同一種水果。市場上，鳳梨與菠蘿為不同品種水果：菠蘿削皮後有“內刺”需要剔除；而鳳梨削掉外皮後沒有“內刺”，不需要刀劃出一道道溝。
