葫蘆絲，又稱“葫蘆簫”，是雲南少數民族樂器。葫蘆絲的起源可追溯到先秦時期。葫蘆絲髮源於德宏傣族景頗族自治州梁河縣，主要流行於傣、阿昌、佤、德昂和布朗等族聚居的雲南德宏、臨滄地區，富有濃郁的地方色彩。常用於吹奏山歌、農曲等民間曲調。葫蘆絲可分為高、中、低音三種類型。
