硒（Selenium）是一種灰色、紅色晶體或紅色無定形粉末的非金屬化學元素，化學符號為Se，原子序數為34，屬於週期表的VIA族。 硒有三種結晶形態，有深紅色至黑色無定形粉末，加熱後快速冷卻成玻璃狀。有單斜紅色結晶。也有灰色有光澤的六方晶體，為光電導及半導電的同素異形體。 硒能夠增強人體免疫力，因此硒是人體必需的營養元素，又由於硒的導電能力隨光的照射強度而改變，因此也可用來製作半導體電晶體和光電管。
