黃浦江

黃浦江是長江匯入東海之前的最後一條支流，也是上海市最大的河流。主要發源於上海市青浦區朱家角鎮澱峰的澱山湖，流經青浦、松江、奉賢、閔行、徐匯、黃浦、虹口、楊浦、浦東新區、寶山等區，至吳淞口注入長江。全長約113公里，流域面積約2.4萬平方公里，河寬300至770米。支流眾多，較大的有吳淞江、太浦河、大蒸塘等。 黃浦江多年平均徑流量為319秒立方米，相應水量為100.6億立方米。年際變化較大，徑流量的年內分配非汛期略大於汛期。黃浦江位處長江三角洲前緣，水勢平緩，深受潮汐影響，進潮最大流速可達每秒2米，退潮最大流速為每秒1.8米。黃浦江流經上海市區，將上海分成浦西和浦東，兩岸薈萃了上海城市景觀的精華。黃浦江是上海市居民主要生活用水及工業用水的水源，且具航運、排洪、灌溉、漁業、旅遊、調節氣候等綜合功能，亦是太湖流域主要排水河道，是一條多功能河道。
