《傷痕》是由作家盧新華創作的短篇小說，是“傷痕文學”的發源作品，於1978年8月11日在《文匯報》發表。 該小說講述了女青年王曉華在“文革”中和被打成“反革命”的母親決裂，離家出走，八年後重病中的母親獲得平反，渴望見女兒一面，而當在農村插隊的王曉華趕回家時，母親已經離開了人世的故事。 1978年，該小說獲得首屆全國優秀短篇小說獎；同年年底，根據該小說改編的同名連環畫《傷痕》刊登在《連環畫報》上。
