腳後跟

人腳的後部，位於踝關節之下和腳弓之後，常稱為腳後跟，俗稱腳踝。在解剖學上，腳踝(或稱踝關節)是人類足部與腿相連的部位，組成包括7塊跗骨加上足部的蹠骨和小腿的骨骼。

腳後跟

腳後跟，經外奇穴名。出自《備急千金要方》。位於足跟後正中線下緣，足蹠後緣赤白肉後際處，左右計2穴。有腓腸肌神經跟骨外側支，布有小腿內側皮神經及脛神經的跟骨神經。主治足跟痛，坐骨神經痛，臀大肌損傷，膝關節痛，馬黃黃疸，踝部扭傷，寒暑諸毒等。直刺0.3-0.5寸；可灸。
