散光

散光（astigmatism）是眼睛的一種屈光不正常表現，與角膜的弧度有關。平行光線進入眼內後，由於眼球在不同子午線上屈光力不等，不能聚集於一點(焦點)，也就不能形成清晰的物像，這種情況稱為散光。散光眼藉助調節作用或移動目標到眼之間的距離，都不能形成清晰的像，只有配戴合適的圓柱鏡，才能在視網膜上形成清晰的像。按表現形式，可將散光分為規則散光和不規則散光，前者可以用鏡片矯正，後者無法用鏡片矯正。
