肚臍，俗稱肚臍眼，醫學上稱之為神闕穴，從本質上來說是胎兒出生後，臍帶脫落後留下的疤痕。肚臍位於髂前上棘水平的腹部正中線上，直徑約為1.0至2.0釐米。 它通常可以是一個小凹陷或是一個小突出。肚臍下面的腹部肌肉形成一個凹陷。肚臍是柔弱的部分，日常要注意保護，不可受冷或手摳。
