出櫃（英文：come out of the closet），讀音chū guì，網路詞語。指公開性取向、性別認同，是同性戀圈子裡的專有動詞。它單純的指自己承認同性戀的行為，沒有其它意思。 根據聯合國釋出的《中國性少數群體生存狀況》，選擇出櫃的性少數群體面臨著多重困境，包括在校園、職場中存在的歧視問題。在針對不同性別群體的權益保障方面，中國做出了國際承諾，並透過多項法律和政策保障性少數群體的選舉權、勞動就業、教育等多個領域的權益，但現階段仍需為性少數群體建立一個公平友善的生存環境。
