跟腱

跟腱是指在足跟與小腿之間粗壯結實，繃得很緊的肌腱。 跟腱長約15cm，是人體最粗大的肌腱，由小腿三頭肌（比目魚肌、腓腸肌內、外頭）肌腱在足跟上方約15cm處融合形成。 人的行走、跑、跳就依仗著這條強有力的肌腱。跟腱短，跑步步子小，甚至走路有可能出現雙腳不穩。跟腱若是完全斷了就會寸步難行。
