拔河

拔河（tug of war）為雙方各執繩一端進行角力的體育活動，屬於中國的傳統運動專案。拔河源於水戰的需要，在中國歷史悠久，早在春秋戰國時期，就有拔河這項活動，稱為“鉤強”或“牽鉤”，後演變為荊楚一帶民間流行的“施鉤之戲”，到了唐朝才改稱為“拔河”。 拔河比賽前選手雙手手心要向上，將繩要從腋下過；腳尖必須在膝蓋之前，而且在拔河令出之前全身應伸展拉直，把繩子拉到最直。比賽時選手要半蹲，馬步，重心向後壓。重心一定要低，集體往後仰。 2015年12月，韓國、越南、柬埔寨、菲律賓一起申請的拔河（Tugging rituals and games）成功被列入非物質文化遺產名錄。
