!從出生到現在,好男兒都是一個人睡的,現在即使讓他跟我們睡,他最多和我們熱乎一陣,然後說要一個人睡去了。從出生到現在7週歲,每天都是8點半前睡覺,除了除夕夜例外,早上他醒來就起床,很多時候6點半不到就起來了,中午再加至少一個小時的午睡,所以身高,發育指標都蠻不錯的,這點要歸功於我家的Cutelady,孩子的習慣要從小培養,在還真沒錯,先培養生活習慣然後是學習習慣,這些可都伴隨我們一生的啊。昨天晚上Vincent說,爸爸,我出書了,你看看。好傢伙!原來是自己畫的,畫好後他用膠水粘在一起,每本“書”10頁,一共三大本,每本是一個系列,每個系列裡畫的都是各個年代的恐龍,然後他給我講解,我只要在一旁好好聆聽就可以了啊

  泡菜的技術問題解決了,外在美有了,但對於美食來說內在的才是王道啊!那麼這款泡菜餅裡到底放了哪一樣最最關鍵的調料,讓它的味道如此迷人了?那就往下看吧呵呵!原料:泡菜 雞蛋 麵粉 水

調料:白糖 香油

做法:

1.泡菜適量;

2.把泡菜切碎,但不要太碎了以免影響口感;

3.切好後放入容器裡;

4.加入兩個雞蛋;

5.放入一勺左右的香油;

6.放入一平勺白糖;

7.攪拌均勻;

8.加入適量麵粉;

9.再加水朝一個方向調成麵糊;

10.準備好一個洋蔥;

11.把洋蔥豎放;

12.豎著把洋蔥切片,切的寬度就是你要泡菜餅的厚度;

13.切成片;

14.看看是不是一個個圓圈圈就有了;

15.鍋裡稍微放點油,把洋蔥圈放在鍋中;

16.加入麵糊,讓其在洋蔥內部擴散到四周;

17.除了用洋蔥圈也可以用別的圓形的工具,我還有個工具用來壓出餃子皮的,也很好用;

18.過幾分鐘後用勺子沿洋蔥四周嵌一下,洋蔥和麵糊就脫離了,然後翻面,這樣的餅很快就熟的;

1.做泡菜餅的時候加雞蛋可以讓口感更好,我加了兩個,泡菜餅更加軟棉;

2.在麵糊裡放白糖,會讓泡菜餅更鮮美;

3.放入香油才是這款泡菜餅的獨家祕籍啊,泡菜餅會散發迷人的味道啊!

4.要好看,如果沒有晃鍋技術,那麼就用我今天的方法,用洋蔥圈解決,不過麵糊放入洋蔥圈後不要馬上把洋蔥圈拿起來,要過一會,這時你發現麵糊和洋蔥圈是粘連的,所以用勺子慢慢沿四周嵌下去就可以讓他們脫離了。

5.泡菜餅很薄,所以記得要開小火,很快就熟的。

泡菜餅加香油是我家Cutelady跟我講的,她有時經常在外面吃飯,她吃到的最好吃的是加了香油的這種泡菜餅。辣辣的,酸酸的,香香的,軟軟的,稍微帶一點點甜味,還能咬到點泡菜,味道好的不得了。因為是泡菜餅,所以如果加了很多別的食材,那泡菜的味道幾乎就吃不出了,所以這款泡菜餅非常值得你一試啊!
