點選工具欄>檔案>另存為，將此檔案另存為.reg檔案，檔名可以隨便起，例如“office solution.reg”，然後關閉此文件
雙擊桌面上剛剛生成的office solution.reg檔案，等他執行後關閉登錄檔程式。
重新開啟office，無論是excel還是word，問題解決了！
