這裡注意，出租的主動語態和被動語態都出來了。
來：came down
有時候還會用came up, 是根據地勢來決定的，估計northof England比Netherfield的位置高（待考證）

看房子：see the place
上下文中，沒用park，直接用place，值得學習。
非常中意：so much delighted with it
談妥：agreed with

其實是用了時間表示地點，呵呵，可以推敲一下。
