1.南瓜去皮後切成小塊,蒸鍋里加冷水蒸15分鐘即可;

2.把蒸好的南瓜用勺子碾成泥;

3.取100克水磨糯米粉,慢慢加入200克左右的南瓜泥和成麵糰;

4.50克菠菜切成小段後放入攪拌器加入120水打成菠菜泥後過濾成120克左右的菠菜汁;

5.容器裡放入100克水磨糯米粉,加入80克菠菜汁(微波爐溫熱一下)揉成麵糰;

6.紫甘藍70克,放入攪拌器,加150克水,過濾後得大約110克紫甘藍汁;

7.容器裡放入100克水磨糯米粉,加入80克紫甘藍汁(微波爐溫熱一下)揉成麵糰;

8.芝麻炒熟後打成粉,具體做法可以參考此博文或者這篇博文;

9.容器裡放入100克水磨糯米粉,加入20克芝麻粉放入70克溫水揉成麵糰;

10.大碗裡放150克芝麻粉,加入70克的白糖(最好是棉白糖),甜度自己可以再調節;

11.加入75克豬油,豬油的做法見此博文;

12.用手攪拌均勻後搓成10克左右的芝麻球,放入冰箱冷凍1個半小時;

是不是可以馬上包湯圓了呢?麵糰不是已經揉好了嗎?哈哈,沒有,麵糰還沒有揉好,水磨糯米粉只用溫水揉做湯圓還不行,因為麵糰有裂縫,這樣容易露餡,所以還要繼續揉麵;

13.從上面揉好的糯米麵團各自取下16克小麵糰,放入水中煮到浮起來,也可以一個個放入鍋中煮;

14.把上面煮過的16克南瓜小麵糰放入南瓜主麵糰裡一直揉到麵糰光滑;

15.把揉好的麵糰分成等量的小劑子;

16.取一個劑子轉成窩形後放入一個芝麻小球;

17.包緊後搓圓;

18.把上面煮好的16克藍色小麵糰放入藍色主麵糰裡揉到麵糰光滑;

19.分成小劑子後同樣方法包制;

20.把上面煮過的16克小綠色麵糰放入綠色主麵糰揉到麵糰光滑;

21.同樣方法包制;

22.把上面煮過的16克黑色芝麻色麵糰放入芝麻主麵糰揉到麵糰光滑;

23.同樣方法包制;

24.把上面煮過的16克白色的小麵糰放入白色主麵糰裡一直揉到麵糰光滑;

25.同樣方法包制;

26.包好後鍋中加水,水燒開後加入湯圓,放一點桂花;

27.再次滾起後加小半碗冷水,再滾後再加小半碗冷水,直到湯圓完全浮起來就好了;

28.吃的時候可以在湯水裡根據自己的喜歡加點糖或者蜂蜜;

看好總結:看似繁瑣,那是因為我做的顏色多,只要你記住比例就可以1.芝麻餡:芝麻粉,白糖和豬油的比例是2:1:1;

2.糯米粉和蔬菜汁的比例是10:8;如果只加水,那麼糯米粉和溫水的比例是10:7;

3.揉好的麵糰還要取下一個小麵糰煮到浮起後要放回原來的麵糰揉到均勻,記住這個小麵糰的量是取原麵糰量的10%就可以了,比如麵糰重100克,那麼取下10克就可以;

1.水開後下湯圓,再次滾起後可以加小半碗冷水,反覆幾次,或者滾起後開中小火,不要讓水翻滾,因為這樣會讓湯圓破裂開;

The Lantern Festival falls on the15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually in February or March inthe Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han Dynasty (206BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance. Thisday's important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the HanDynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperorheard that Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from thecremation of Buddha's body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha onthe 15th day of the 1st lunar month, so he ordered to lightlanterns in the imperial palace and temples to show respect toBuddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a grandfestival among common people and its influence expanded from theCentral Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festivalis still held each year around the country. Lanterns of variousshapes and sizes are hung in the streets, attracting countlessvisitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns to strollwith on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lanternriddles"is an essential part of the Festival. Lantern owners writeriddles on a piece of paper and post them on the lanterns. Ifvisitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper outand go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they areright, they will get a little gift. The activity emerged duringpeople's enjoyment of lanterns in the Song Dynasty (960-1279). Asriddle guessing is interesting and full of wisdom, it has becomepopular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or ricedumplings, on this day, so it is also called the "YuanxiaoFestival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is smalldumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals,sesame, bean paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugarand edible oil as filling. Tangyuan can be boiled, fried orsteamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s more, tangyuan inChinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaningreunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happinessfor the family.

In the daytime of the Festival,performances such as a dragon lantern dance, a lion dance, a landboat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and beating drumswhile dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificentlanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families sparesome fireworks from the Spring Festival and let them off in theLantern Festival. Some local governments will even organize afireworks party. On the night when the first full moon enters theNew Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposingfireworks and bright moon in the sky.
