有孩子的家庭估計晚上都吃得比較豐盛，因為都擔心孩子在學校沒有吃好。事實也確實這樣，畢竟學校食堂裡煮出的菜，不好吃不說，估計也沒什麼營養，網上曝光說有所學校給孩子吃的是爛菜葉，真是作孽。當學校都做出喪失道德的事情的時候，可以想象我們這個社會的道德缺失已經嚴重到了什麼地步了。咱們不談這個沉重的話題，我們還是繼續美食。孩子的身體發育是大事，如果營養不全面，特別是垃圾食品使用過多，蛋白質，維生素等攝入不足會嚴重影響發育，有時錯過了就再也不補回來了，特別是孩子身高是一定要經常關注的事情，食物和藥物補鈣都是不能缺的。
我家好男兒最喜歡吃蝦，所以在我家的餐桌上蝦是很常見的，而且蝦營養豐富，除了含有豐富的蛋白質，還有大量的鈣，小孩子多吃點還是很有好處的。今天給大家推薦的是蠔油蝦仁豆腐。
原料：蝦仁 豆腐 玉米 青豆
調料：耗油 料酒 生抽 雞蛋清 生薑 生粉 蔥
做法：
1.豆腐切成塊；
2.蝦仁放入料酒和少量蛋清醃製15分鐘；
3.熱鍋冷油放入豆腐煎到微黃；
4.放入點生薑煸出香味；
5.放入青豆與玉米；
6.放入一勺蠔油；
7.用勺子小心翻炒；
8.放入醃製好的蝦仁；
9.再加入一點料酒；
10.加入雞湯；
11.煮開後再用生粉兌水勾芡；
12.最後淋上香油撒上蔥就可以出鍋了。
潔白如凝脂啊呵呵！ 蝦仁要嫩，一要用蛋清或者生粉醃製，二來不能烹飪太久，老了就不好吃了。吃起來味道讚的不得了啊！你是不是也想試一試？
