充滿江南情調的一盤無敵開胃的醃蘿蔔?

  昨天是情人節,以前我和Cutelady還會到外面餐廳浪漫一下,有了好男兒Vincent,我們也就不到外面和小年輕湊熱鬧了,不過不管怎麼樣,情人節嘛,還是要略表心意,煮夫我也不能免俗啊哈哈!其實嘛,一家人都健健康康,快快樂樂比什麼都重要!節日嘛,有時也可以看做是調節劑,給生活來點亮點!

  今天給大家推薦這款充滿江南調調的開胃醃蘿蔔,估計有些童鞋等這碗小菜太久了吧,上次有兩位童鞋發紙條問我外面賣的醃蘿蔔怎麼做。說起這醃蘿蔔,在江南也是赫赫有名,在冬天蘿蔔大量上市的時候,幾乎家家會做點醃蘿蔔,把蘿蔔洗乾淨,切片後撒上鹽,讓裡面的水醃製出來後撒上白糖,加醬油醃製兩天,脆脆的酸甜的醃蘿蔔就做好了。如果你哪天胃口不好,煮點粥,來點這個醃蘿蔔,一口粥,咬一小口蘿蔔,一下子就覺得嘴巴有滋味了啊。

原料:白蘿蔔

調料:鹽  白糖  辣椒絲 生抽 老抽  醋

做法:

1.白蘿蔔清洗乾淨切成片後放入容器中;

2.撒上鹽用手抓勻後醃製一個小時後把蘿蔔裡滲出來的水倒掉;

3.加入三勺左右的白糖,攪拌均勻;

4.撒上點辣椒絲,生抽至少五勺,一勺老抽;

5.加入三勺左右的醋,攪拌均勻;

6.醃製兩天就可以吃了,中途可以攪拌幾次,讓味道更均勻;

要點:

1.蘿蔔切片後撒上鹽的目的是把蘿蔔裡的水醃製出來,這樣可以去除蘿蔔的辛辣味,鹽不必太多,但是在蘿蔔表面撒上鹽後一定要攪拌均勻;

2.醬油的量不用過多,浸過蘿蔔的三分之一即可,老抽一小勺即可是為了顏色更深一點,不喜歡吃辣的辣椒絲可以不放;

3.在醃製的兩天裡可以翻動幾次,這樣上面的蘿蔔也可以更好的入味。

沒人能抵抗這碟小菜吧!

Despite 2.6m people starting dietson New Year’s Day, researchsuggests that by the end of the week 92percent of dietersgave up, shunning exercise and gorging on comfortfood.

Findings, released by weightlossfirm XLS-Medical, suggest thatthe vast majority are unsuccessful atsticking to their diets for more than five days a week.

Two out of 10 dieters admittedthey have their first diet relapse just four to five days in,withhunger cited as the main cause.

Boredom and alcohol were alsoblamed for people failing to keep their health kick ontrack.

Dr Matt Capehorn, ClinicalDirector of the National Obesity Forum, highlighted that just oneday offfrom dieting can undo a week's worth of hardwork.

He told Female First: 'A healthydiet, aimed at losing 1lb per week, relies on saving 3500 caloriesaweek by having 500 calories less each day.

'A day off the diet should meanthat you eat the correct amount, but many dieters see it asanexcuse to binge and have thousands of calories more than theyneed.

The results suggest that a massive590,000 could already have failed to stick to New Yeardietresolutions.

And a vast majority are unaware ofthe negative impact a single day off can have on their weightlossefforts.

Overall it was found only 5percent of women stick to their diets until they’ve reached theirtargetweight.

英國減重中心XLS-Medical釋出的這項調查結果表明,大多數人都無法在制定節食減肥計劃的一週內堅持五天。

五分之一的節食減肥者承認自己在四五天的時間裡就堅持不住了,他們提到的主要原因是飢餓。

無聊的情緒和酒精刺激也讓他們無法堅持瘦身計劃。

英國國家肥胖論壇臨床主任馬特•凱派恩博士強調指出,僅僅一天不節食就會毀掉一週的努力。

他告訴FemaleFirst雜誌說:“健康的瘦身是一星期減去1磅,有賴於一週減少3500卡路里攝取,而一天減少500卡路里的攝取即可。”

“免節食一天應該意味著你攝入正確的食量,而很多節食者把這看作大吃大喝的藉口,吃進的卡路里數量比需要的多出好幾千。”

調查結果顯示,有多達59萬人可能已經放棄了新年減肥計劃。

而且還有很多人不清楚一天不堅持對其減肥計劃的負面影響。

總的來說,僅有5%的女效能堅持到最後,直到實現瘦身目標。
