  All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth. It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful suggestions:

  所有的人都希望保持身體健康。健康比財富更為珍貴。因為健康是邁向成功的第一步。不妨想象一下:如果你生病了,你能做的就是整日無所事事的躺在床上,你如何能夠去追逐你的夢想呢?如果你有個健康的身體,你就可以克服所遇到的一切困難,實現自己的夢想。既然健康對每個人都非常重要,我們該如果保持身體健康並變得更好呢?這裡有一些有用的建議給大家:

  First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing, playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the less disease he will have.

  首先,我們的作息要規律。早睡早起身體好,不要熬夜。一些人喜歡在睡覺之前玩手機遊戲或是看電子書,這對健康很不利。在睡覺之前,應該把手機關機。其次,不要太挑食。試著去吃更多的水果和蔬菜,少吃糖果和軟飲料。如果你想吃一塊巧克力,那就吃個蘋果代替吧。如果你想喝奶茶,那就喝白開水。一個星期別吃太多肉。最重要的一點是,每天都應該做運動。有很多種運動供我們選擇,比如說游泳,慢跑,跳廣場舞,打羽毛球等等。做運動可以增加血液迴圈,提高免疫力。一個人的免疫力越好,他就越少生病。

  In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to stay in good health.

  總的來說,如果我們重視自己的健康,我們就能避免生病。試著早點睡覺,多吃蔬菜水果,多喝水,每天都運動。你會發現,要保持身體健康也不是什麼難事。

  Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health. But how to keephealthy? Different people may give different answers to this question. In my opinion, it is essential to do the following. First, it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. That's why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports and exercises. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercise. Some practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run, jog, walk or dance to music. In the afternoon,there are also many people keen on sports. Some play basketball or volleyball or table tennis, others go in for gymnastics or track events. Through sports and exercise, people become healthier and stronger. Medical researchers have proved that what people eat affects their health. They advise people to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat such as beef and pork because meat contains more fat than poultry and fish. Fat can build up in the arteries, block the flow of blood, and cause a heart attack or stroke. Getting rid of bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol is also an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and drinking alcohol injure one's health a great deal, and therefore should be given up. Unfortunately few people follow this advice. If people follow these three ways of keeping fit, they greatly improve their health.

  It is true that nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. However, different people have different ways to keep healthy. For instance, some people exercise every day to chase or keep a good body shape; others try to keep a balanced diet. In my point of view, i think the best way to stay healthy is the combination of proper physical exercise and a balanced diet. The reasons can be listed as follows.

  現在人們變得越來越注重健康的重要性,這是不爭的事實。然而,不同的人有不同的方法保持健康。例如,有些人每天運動,追求護著保持姣好的身形;其他人就會保持飲食均衡。在我看來,我認為保持健康的最好方法是結合適當的體育運動和均衡的飲食習慣。原因如下。

  For one thing, physical exercise not only builds a person’s body, but also helps to reduce his or her unnecessary fat. Indeed, this is very important since the redundancy of fat has been medically proved to be a cause of various disease, some of which are even fatal, like diabetes or hyperglycemia.

  第一,體育運動不僅能夠健碩身體,同時也能幫助人們減去不必要的脂肪。的確,這非常重要,因為醫學證明肥胖能夠導致很多疾病,有些是致命的,像糖尿病或者高血脂。

  For another, a balanced diet can provide a person with the right kind and amount of nutrition which is required for the operation of our organs. As we know, a multitude of elements are effective in keeping our body running properly and a deficiency in any of them will result in some unpredictable disease, but a balance diet may prevent this from happening.

  第二,飲食均衡能夠提供人體必需的營養成分,這能保證人體器官的正常運作。我們都知道,人體正常運作需要多種元素起作用,如果缺失它們,可能會導致不可預測的疾病,但是飲食均衡能夠防止這類事情發生。

  It goes without saying that the best way to stay healthy is taking proper physical exercise plus living on a balanced diet. In a word, both physical exercise and proper diet are essential to health.

  理所當然的,保持健康的方法就是適當地進行體育運動加上飲食均衡。總而言之,體育運動和健康飲食對健康非常重要。
