　　Jack：

　　Hi, Ann! How was your morning?

　　嗨，Ann! 今天早上過得好嗎?

　　Ann：

　　So so. Drinking coffee…

　　一般了。喝著咖啡...

　　Jack：

　　You look tired. What time did you get up?

　　你看起來有點累。你幾點起床的呢?

　　Ann：

　　En…I got up at 11:30AM. I eat breunch now.

　　嗯...我11:30才起來，現在早餐午餐一起吃。

　　Jack：

　　Oh, so late. What time did you go to bed last night?

　　噢，這麼晚。你昨晚幾點才睡啊?

　　Ann：

　　2:00AM.

　　凌晨2：00

　　Jack：

　　Oh,so late. What did you do?

　　噢，太晚了。你做什麼那麼才睡?

　　Ann：

　　I played computer games. I have been so absorbed in it that I forgot the time. I’m always crazy about playing the game. It’s a pain in the neck to cut down playing the game.

　　我玩電腦遊戲。我玩得太專心都忘記時間了。我總是痴迷於遊戲，對於我來說戒掉它太痛苦了。

　　Jack：

　　Maybe you should find some important things to do to instead it. If you were busy in other things, you would have no time to play it.

　　也許你應該找一些有意義的事做從而代替它。如果你有其它事情忙著，你就沒有時間玩遊戲了。

　　Ann：

　　En…Good idea! I will try it from tomorrow. Thank you very much! Really nice speaking to you!

　　嗯，好主意!我將從明天開始試一試。非常感謝!和你講話真開心。

　　Jack：

　　You too! See you later.

　　跟你講話我也很開心!再見了。

　　Ann：

　　See you.

　　Nancy：

　　Jerry!

　　Anne! I haven't seen you for ages. How’ve you been?

　　Not bad. It really is great to see you again. Where have you been?

　　Guangzhou. I’ve got a cousin there.

　　廣州。我有一個堂兄在那裡。

　　Mom, I'm starving.

　　Shirley：

　　Here are some biscuits. Why are you back so early today?

　　My teacher had a sudden stomachache, so the class was cut shot. You?

　　Me what?

　　Daniel：

　　You are cooking at least two hours earlier than the usual.

　　你做飯至少比平時早兩個小時。

　　Shirley：

　　It's not for us.

　　不是給我們的。

　　Daniel：

　　Then it's for Dad, isn't it? It's so unfair!

　　你是給爸爸做的吧?不公平!

　　Shirley：

　　Don't be a smarty-pants. It's for Grandma Wang.

　　別自作聰明瞭。是給王奶奶準備的。

　　Daniel：

　　What was that again?

　　你再說一遍是什麼?我剛才沒有聽清楚

　　Shirley：

　　It's for Grandma Wang. She is sick and her only daughter went abroad weeks ago. So she needs our help.

　　這是給王奶奶準備的。她病了，她的女兒又在幾周前出國了，她需要我們的幫助。

　　Daniel：

　　I'm sorry, I didn't know that. But I wanna help.

　　對不起，我不知道。我也要幫忙。

　　Shirley：

　　Umm, let me think for a moment. We can meet her together after I finish cooking.

　　嗯，我想一下看你要怎麼做。等我做完飯我們可以一起去看望她。

　　Daniel：

　　I'll get knee to knee with her.

　　Good boy. I can only imagine how happy she will be to see you.
