韓國，全稱大韓民國（Republic of Korea），位於東亞朝鮮半島南部，西瀕臨黃海，東南是朝鮮海峽，東邊是日本海，北面與朝鮮相鄰。總面積10.329萬平方公里，主體民族為朝鮮族，通用韓語，首都為首爾。 1948年，朝鮮半島南北先後成立大韓民國和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國。1950年，爆發朝鮮戰爭，1953年7月27日，依朝鮮停戰協定，朝韓雙方停戰。20世紀60年代以來，韓國政府實行了“出口主導型”開發經濟戰略，經濟高速增長。2021年7月2日，聯合國貿易和發展會議在第68屆貿易和發展理事會會議中透過韓國地位變更案，正式將韓國認定為發達國家。 韓國是一個資本主義發達國家，是APEC、世界貿易組織和東亞峰會的創始成員國，也是經合組織、二十國集團和聯合國等重要國際組織成員 。

韓國

韓國（公元前403-公元前230）是戰國七雄之一，與魏國、趙國合稱三晉，國君為姬姓韓氏，是晉國大夫韓武子的後代。 公元前403年，韓、趙、魏三家大夫得到周威烈王的承認，正式位列於諸侯，韓國建立，定都於陽翟，前230年韓國被秦國所滅，成為山東六國中第一個被秦所滅的諸侯國。
