　　collection 　　通常是指從六氟化鈾製備工藝中的氟化反應器或淨化反應器排放出來的六氟化鈾產品混合氣（UF6含量30%～90%，以及F2、HF、N2、O2等不凝氣）中分離出六氟化鈾，並將其封裝於專用產品容器中，工業上六氟化鈾的收集有冷凝和液化兩種方法。六氟化鈾的冷凝收集是最普遍應用的方法。它是利用在常壓下，氣態六氟化鈾冷卻至-10～45℃的低溫，可直接冷凝為固體的性質，在冷阱（或稱冷凝器）中將它冷凝收集，並與不凝氣分離。
