公平，名詞，在法律上，公平是法所追求的基本價值之一。其意是指公正而不偏袒。長久以來對於公平一致不存在科學的定義，所有的定義都是模糊的，不具有實踐指導意義的，具體操作的時候還是要靠人們自己去權衡，本人對公平這一名詞經過長久的思考終於找到了最科學的定義：對共性採取統一標準，對個性差別對待。舉個簡單的例子：企業招聘時不能歧視女性，因為女性也是人，與男人有同樣的人格和人身權利。但是在參加集體勞動時女人和男人乾的活又必須要加以區別，你不能讓女人去搬磚卻讓男人去擦桌子，因為男人和女人又是不一樣的。
