鱸魚

鱸魚（學名：Lateolabraxjaponicus），真鱸科花鱸屬動物，“中國四大淡水名魚”之一。 鱸魚體長側扁，下頜長於上頜，肉堅實呈蒜瓣狀，在淡水中生長肥育，棲息於清澈流水的底層，日間潛伏，夜晚活動，捕食蝦類和小魚。其分佈於太平洋西部，中國沿海均產，以黃海、渤海較多。
