鱔魚（拉丁學名：Monopterus albus），又名黃鱔，合鰓魚科黃鱔屬動物，列入《世界自然保護聯盟》（IUCN）紅色名錄——無危（LC）物種。 鱔魚體型似蛇，圓筒狀。頭粗尾細，體表有一層光滑的粘膜保護層，色澤黃褐色。分佈於亞洲東南部、中國、朝鮮西部、日本南部等地。常生活在稻田、河溪、池塘等淤泥質水底層。
