墨魚

墨魚（外文名：Cuttloefish），別名烏賊、花枝，十腕目烏賊科動物。 墨魚是溫帶和亞熱帶、熱帶海域的軟體動物，當遇到敵人時會噴射墨汁逃生。它的皮膚中有色素小囊。其在春末交配，並把受精卵產在木片或海上待孵化成小墨魚。墨魚有10條“須”；體形較為圓潤，四周有裙邊狀的肉鰭；噴墨能力強，其墨汁常被當做食物染色劑。用來烹飪墨汁意麵、墨汁海鮮飯等菜餚。分佈於中國、韓國、日本、中國臺灣及中國香港地區。 墨魚、魷魚、章魚三者之中，墨魚和章魚都會噴墨，魷魚則一般不會；魷魚和墨魚都有十條觸角，而章魚只有八條。
