白頭髮

白頭髮是指全部或部分變白的頭髮。生白髮是由於頭髮髓質和皮質裡黑色素顆粒減少或被空氣填空的緣故，其原因有先天性和後天性兩種。 正常情況下，毛乳頭內有豐富的血管，為毛乳頭、毛球部提供充足的營養，黑色素顆粒便順利合成。當黑色素顆粒在毛乳頭、毛球部的形成發生障礙，或雖然形成但因某種因素，不能運送到毛髮中去，從而使毛髮髓質、皮質部分的黑色素顆粒減少、消失時，就會出現白髮。
