煙醯胺（nicotinamide；niacinamide）又稱尼克醯胺，是煙酸的醯胺化合物。為白色的結晶性粉末；無臭或幾乎無臭，味苦；略有引溼性。在水或乙醇中易溶，在甘油中溶解。臨床上主要用於防治糙皮病、口炎、舌炎，病態竇房結綜合徵，房室傳導阻滯等問題。
