蝶泳，又名海豚泳，是游泳專案之一。蝶泳技術是在蛙泳技術動作基礎上演變而來的，俯臥在水面，兩臂划水到大腿後提出水面然後從空中前移，手臂在頭前入水完成一次划水迴圈，外形像蝴蝶，因而得名 蝶泳對於肱二頭肌有一定的幫助，長期練習蝶泳的選手，骨架會稍寬。
