昨晚又和好男兒Vincent在家打羽毛球了，掉落無數次，但我們總是有種信念，一定能破上回的記錄。雖然我們一次次失敗，但是這過程中，好男兒學會了什麼是堅持！其實我們來回打的過程就是一種快樂的體驗，每一次驚險的救球，每一次來回次數的不斷增多，其實就是快樂，這個過程是最長的。有時結果是完美的，比如昨天我們居然打了794個來回（是不是太厲害了啊，上次最高記錄是462個），我們歡呼慶祝，但那種快樂是短暫的；有時我們怎麼打也超不過上次的記錄，我們嘆氣，但是那種失望也是短暫的。這和我們的人生是何等的相似。我們有時更多的是關注一個結果，我們在想，要是我找了一個好工作那有多快樂，要是我有錢了那有多快樂，要是我不用工作那有多快樂，要是...其實那都是結果，那如果你真的實現了願望，你也未必就快樂，因為那種快樂太短暫了。只有學會享受過程，才會快樂地久遠。
生活裡真的是創意無限,雖然都是一樣的柴米油鹽,有些家吃的歡,有些家吃的愁。所以要吃的好，不在於你買了什麼，而是你即使用簡單的材料也能做出讓家人有驚喜的美食。今天這道美食就是這樣，簡單的食材，只用到了一個雞蛋和一張海苔就能讓你嚐到從沒吃過的味道，不用加一點調料，不用鹽，不用味精！
原料：海苔 雞蛋
做法：
1.準備好一張海苔；
2.把海苔放在一制盤子裡；
3.準備好一點溫水；
4.在海苔的四周抹上溫水；
5.打入一個雞蛋；
6.把海苔包起，捏緊。
7.鍋裡放入適量的油，燒熱後放入油炸；
8.炸到外面有點鬆脆的感覺就可以了；
注意三個要點：
1.海苔四周抹水是因為放入雞蛋後可以把海苔包攏，雞蛋不會流出；
2.如果有的海苔太薄，建議用兩張比較安全；
3.煎之前油要燒熱再放入才會炸的快，大約炸一分鐘左右就可以了。
4.用平底鍋也可以少放油，就是把平底鍋傾斜一下油就集中到一邊了。
是不是特別簡單！但是每次有的人隨便看了一下就去做了，回來問我怎麼會失敗，接下來就告訴我他們是怎麼做的。這時我就發現了問題所在，有的私自換了原料，有的顛倒了步驟，所以要特別關注我的要點提醒啊哈哈！
這就是爆漿的效果！因為海苔本來就鹹鮮的味道，所以這個味道你真的要試一下，確實很贊。
