Directions: For this part ,you are allowed 30 minutes to wirte a letter to express your thanks to your parents or any other family member upon making a memorable achievement .You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
這次所考察的是書信，注意寫信的格式和寫信的物件，以及這封信的主要目的是感謝某某在某事對自己的幫助，感情真摯，對什麼人說什麼話。
感謝信格式，在我上一篇文章（二） 中有說明,第八個步驟中有範文。
如何寫：
1、一開始表達感謝之情，即寫作意圖，也就是所說的開門見山。
例如第一篇，就是表達對老師的感謝。
2、具體，把感謝內容寫具體，比如寫寫當時是怎樣的事情，對方對你的幫 助，對方的幫助對自己又怎樣的激勵。
例如第一篇，就是感謝老師在大學生活中對自己的幫助，老師如何幫助自己，具體事例可以自己編，要靠譜。
3、銘記教誨，感謝對方在自己生活中對自己的幫助，最後的再次表示感謝禮多人不怪。
例如第一篇，再次表示對老師的感謝，在以後的學習生活中不會忘懷。
短語：
例如第一篇，extend one's gratitude to 向。。表達某人的感激之情。
usher into.... 將.....領進.....
reflect on... 仔細思考...
unleash 釋放；激發
potential 潛力
bear sth. in mind 將....牢記心間

Dear Li Ming,
I'm writing this letter to express my deep thanks to you for helping me out when I failed in my frist College Entrance Exam.
It is no exaggeration that it was the worst time in my life when I completely lost faith and began to abandon myself .Then you came to encourage me not to give up . It was you who convinced me that the failure of College Entrance Exam should not be the end of my efforts but the begining,and that I should pull myself together and give myself together and give myself a second chance;otherwise ,I would become a real loser.
