昨天陪好男兒去圖書館包湯圓了。年初一他去借書，圖書館的一個工作人員邀請他參加元宵節的包湯圓活動。前天下午圖書館裡的工作人員還打來電話，再次告訴我們時間和具體地點。
昨天下午，Vincent睡好午覺，大概一點五十我們出發，不過圖書館就在家門口，走一下三分鐘都不用。我們到了那裡，好多人已經在了，還看到了電視臺也在拍攝。先簽名報到後工作人員囑咐我們要洗手後才能進去。我們被分在第5組，一共有8組，每組8個小朋友，大多數小朋友是爺爺奶奶陪來的。我們看見桌子上做湯圓的原料都已經準備好了，而且麵糰都已經揉好了，餡料是紅豆沙。我原來倒想要一試身手，沒等我動手，兩位主持人說了，大人不可以幫忙，要讓小孩子自己包湯圓
！主持人介紹了元宵節，提了幾個問題讓小朋友回答後，大家就開始忙活了。可是小朋友們哪會包湯圓啊，再說包餡也算有點技術含量的啊。這不，你看，很多小朋友怎麼都不能把紅豆沙包進湯圓，都露餡了。我家好男兒包的也慘不忍睹。這時，我看見小朋友邊上的奶奶們終於憋不住了，趕緊搶過活來做了
！我麼，比較鎮定！就權當好男兒的一次玩耍，那麼認真幹嘛啊哈哈！好男兒最終包了十個湯圓，後面幾個確實包的比前面好多了！恩,非常不錯！工作人員最後根據每組的整體表現，給大家發獎。我們組是優勝獎，就是最後一個檔次，不過，玩的很開心，收穫了湯圓還有小獎品啊哈哈！
我們發現蔬菜中最難炒的其實就是花椰菜。我上次看到一位網友說，這花椰菜，毫無水分，放到油裡怎麼炒啊？有的說用水煮，可是到最後把菜煮黃了不說還不好吃啊！那就分享一下我的做法。
原料：花椰菜 香腸
調料:生粉 鹽 香油
做法:
1.花椰菜掰開後在水裡沖洗乾淨;
2.鍋裡放水,水開後放入花椰菜焯水一分鐘左右;
3.香腸切片備用;
4.熱鍋冷油加入香腸,炒出香味;
5.加入花椰菜,翻炒;
6.加鹽調味;
7.勾薄欠;
8.淋上香油就可以出鍋了。

要點：
1.花椰菜炒的時間久了一來顏色難看，二來味道也不好了，所以我們先焯水，這樣可以縮短炒的時間，焯過水的花椰菜也比較容易吸入味道；
2.讓花椰菜入味，我們可以選擇加肉，肉絲，香腸都是不錯的選擇；
3.勾薄欠也很重要，讓味道都包裹在花椰菜裡，這樣的花椰菜不僅味道好，還有多汁的感覺，最後淋上香油味道更上一層！
拍照的時候發現香腸太大片了啊，好吧，用鏟子再弄小點了啊哈哈！

有時，當情緒低落,感覺失望的時候,我們需要某種情緒或精神的支柱.通常我們沮喪的時候,我們會將給我們最好的朋友或家人聽,以減輕我們的壓力.在那時候,我們克服了情緒的不安和焦慮,因為有了為我們打氣的聽眾.我們迅速的恢復了活力,因為我們內心深處告訴我們,處理好一切,把那些煩惱都放在回憶裡去吧. The inner voice is always right most of the times because it knowsus better than others and probably even ourselves. It is the daredevil child of the intuitions which we have been having sincechildhood. It's good to go by intuitions most of the tims becauseits the response provided due to the synchronism between our mentaland physical being.
心靈在大部分時候都是正確無誤的，因為它比任何人都要了解我們，甚至超過我們自己．它是我們從孩提時代一直伴隨我們直覺的孩子．遵從直覺是有好處的，因為他來自於我們的精神和現實之間的同步的反應．
