  1

Ann: Could you tell me the truth?

  Lily: What?

Ann: Could cactus protect people from the computer radiation?

Lily: Some people believe so, but I don’t.

  Ann: Why?

Lily: They believe that because cactus grows in the desert, so it can absorb in the radiation.

Ann: But, it really can absorb in radiation.

Lily: No, I mean that the radiation is computer radiation. It’s different.

Ann: Oh, I see. I do something in vain.

  Lily: I think so.

  2

Ann: It’s time for us to prepare to school.

  Lily: That’s right.

Ann: When do you go back?

  Lily: Maybe tow days latter.

  Ann: Wow, very early.

Lily: Yes, my class will start next week.

Ann: Yours is earlier than mine.

  Lily: You are lucky.

Ann: I don’t think so. This winter vacation is too long. It’s a litter boring in home.

Lily: Yes, I know the feeling.

Mike: Oh, man. That’s really awesome. I mean awesome.

Judy: I heard you. Stop sitting there on your butt. Come and help me with the diapers.

Mike: Come and look at this.

Judy: For $ 65, tourists get peek at Los Angeles gangland. Wow the darkest place on earth.

Mike: This is even cooler. The passengers have to sign waivers because they might be the victims of a gang fight.

Judy: This has to be canceled. That’s a bunch of bull. What is it on earth? A death tour? It’s murdering.

Mike: Relax! I just think it is cool. But I didn’t say it was a good idea to visit.

Judy: Those visitors are definitely nuts!

Mike: I am going to lie down for a while. I am really bushed. I was with our baby all day yesterday. Honey, your turn today.

  4

Jean: I thought Koreans were very traditional.

Jaco: As far as I know, yes, they are. Why?

Jean: In a Koean high school, many students were forced to celebrate graduation.

Jaco: I don’t see any problem with that.

Jean: Let me finish. They were odered to be naked.

Jaco: really? Hope I had graduated there.

Jean: Don’t you have a heart? They are teenagers.

Jaco: Seriously? I thought it was a joke.

Jean: Very serious. Even the president chaired a meeting and gave commands to stop it.

Jaco: Good for him. But I am curious about what could happen if Obama did that. Must be interesting.
