不丹

不丹王國（英文名：The Kingdom of Bhutan），簡稱“不丹”，位於喜馬拉雅山脈東段南坡，其東、北、西三面與中國接壤，南部與印度交界，為內陸國。面積38394平方千米。不丹族是不丹的主體民族，西部不丹語“宗卡”和英語為官方用語。 公元7世紀起為吐蕃王朝屬地，9世紀成為獨立部落。12世紀後，藏傳佛教竺巴噶舉派逐漸成為執掌世俗權力的教派。18世紀後期起遭英國入侵。1907年建立不丹王國。1910年1月，同英國簽訂《普那卡條約》。1949年8月，同印度簽訂《永久和平與友好條約》。1961年以來，不丹國王多次公開表示要保持國家的主權和獨立。1971年加入聯合國，1973年成為不結盟運動成員，1985年成為南亞區域合作聯盟成員。2007年2月，同印度簽署經修訂的《不印友好條約》。
