頭暈

頭暈（dizziness）是一種常見的腦部功能性障礙，也是臨床常見的症狀之一。為頭昏、頭脹、頭重腳輕、腦內搖晃、眼花等的感覺。頭暈可由多種原因引起，最常見於發熱性疾病、高血壓病、腦動脈硬化、顱腦外傷綜合徵、神經症等。此外，還見於貧血、心律失常、心力衰竭、低血壓、藥物中毒、尿毒症、哮喘等。抑鬱症早期也常有頭暈。頭暈可單獨出現，但常與頭痛併發。頭暈伴有平衡覺障礙或空間覺定向障礙時，患者感到外周環境或自身旋轉、移動或搖晃。偶爾頭暈或體位改變而頭暈不會有太大的問題，如果長時間頭暈，可能是重病的先兆，應引起重視。
